About our Clinic
Cumberland Chiropractic and Sports Medicine was established in 2013 in Lebanon, TN. Our goal is to help people with their pain and dysfunction and be the best at it! Our slogan is "At Cumberland Chiropractic and Sports Medicine, we get you better, faster!" We diagnose the most complicated conditions of the neurological, muscular, or skeletal system. We fix these conditions by practicing the most effective techniques in chiropractic, functional rehab, massage therapy and orthopedics. As we offer these elite treatment options, we try to maintain a Christ Centered, caring environment.
Ryan House, D.C.
Dr. Ryan House attended Lebanon High School, The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO where he graduated in 2005. Directly, he started a practice and began the journey in learning and offering patients the best care available, anywhere. He is elite-level certified in many soft tissue, adjusting and rehabilitation techniques. He has a passion to help all walks of life, from athletes to desk workers and children, to the elderly with any pain or dysfunction involving nerve, muscle, or joint.
Dr. House has a wife and three children that he adores. He also enjoys growing in his walk with the Lord each day, singing on the praise team at church, hunting, and fishing.
Ryan Moore, D.C.
Dr. Ryan Moore grew up in Manchester, TN. where he graduated Coffee County Central High School before attending the University of Tennessee at Martin to earn his B.S. degree in Biology. He obtained his doctorate in chiropractic medicine at Logan University in St. Louis MO. in 2016 after completing his senior residency here at Cumberland Chiropractic. Dr. Moore has undergone advanced training in several adjusting and manual soft tissue techniques in addition to his knowledge of sports medicine, nutrition, and rehabilitative therapy.
Dr. Moore and his wife Amanda enjoy sports, traveling, skiing, biking, and hiking with their adopted husky Shadow.
Gary Cervone, D.C.
Dr. Gary Cervone grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, where he graduated from Crestview Local High School. He then attended Youngstown State University where he earned his B.S. degree in pre-medical and chemistry. Dr. Cervone completed his clinical residency in Cincinnati, Ohio after which he obtained his doctorate in chiropractic medicine at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2018. While attending chiropractic school, Dr. Cervone was the student representative for the Motion Palpation Institute and was club president of the Palmer Motion Palpation Club. He spent a year practicing in Columbus, Ohio before deciding to join the team at here at Cumberland in 2019. Dr. Cervone has undergone advanced training in several adjusting and manual soft tissue techniques and has an advanced knowledge of sports medicine, nutrition, and rehabilitative therapy.
Dr. Cervone enjoys sports, especially his beloved Cleveland teams and Notre Dame Fighting Irish, traveling, hiking, and spending time with his adopted dog Sophia.
Our Office Manager Angela Kelly
You will see her smiling face at the front desk at times and in her office handling administrative duties and your insurance filing at others.
Your Chiropractic Therapy Assistant
Joanna will teach you home exercises and deliver Class IV Laser Therapy where you need it. She is a certified master health and wellness coach and has a passion for encouraging and teaching our patients.
Your Chiropractic Assistant
Cheryl is a Lebanon resident. When she is not assisting patients with therapy, she will be assisting at the Front Desk. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching preteen girls in Bible study, Braves baseball, the Smokies (especially Cades Cove), and the Wilson County Fair.

Rachel will help you with insurance information, billing and the scheduling of your appointments. Her kind personality ensures that your experience in our office will be a pleasant one.

Olinda is our outstanding massage therapist. What makes her so great? Her uplifting spirit, calming demeanor, knowledge of "body work," and talented hands.
Your Chiropractic Assistant
Jacquelyne assists our patient's with their therapy and helps out at the front desk. When she is not working, she enjoys road trips, spending time with her family, going to church, and watching Tennessee football.
