Cumberland Chiropractic and Sports Medicine was established in 2013 in Lebanon, TN. Our goal is to help people with their pain and dysfunction and be the best at it! Our slogan is "At Cumberland Chiropractic and Sports Medicine, we get you better, faster!" We diagnose the most complicated conditions of the neurological, muscular, or skeletal system. We fix these conditions by practicing the most effective techniques in chiropractic, functional rehab, massage therapy and orthopedics. As we offer these elite treatment options, we try to maintain a Christ Centered, caring environment.
Our Doctors

Ryan House, D.C.
Dr. Ryan House attended Lebanon High School, The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO where he graduated in 2005. Directly, he started a practice and began the journey in learning and offering patients the best care available, anywhere. He is elite-level certified in many soft tissue, adjusting and rehabilitation techniques. He has a passion to help all walks of life, from athletes and desk workers to children and the elderly. He specializes in helping with any pain or dysfunction involving nerve, muscle, or joint. He has a special interest in TMJ / TMD / Jaw issues and headaches. Click here to learn more.
Dr. House has an amazing wife and three wonderful children that he adores. He also is passionate about Jesus and enjoys singing and hunting.

Ryan Moore, D.C.
Dr. Ryan Moore grew up in Manchester, TN. where he graduated Coffee County Central High School before attending the University of Tennessee at Martin to earn his B.S. degree in Biology. He obtained his doctorate in chiropractic medicine at Logan University in St. Louis MO. in 2016 after completing his senior residency here at Cumberland Chiropractic. Dr. Moore has undergone advanced training in several adjusting and manual soft tissue techniques in addition to his knowledge of sports medicine, nutrition, and rehabilitative therapy. Dr. Moore has a passion for helping people from all walks of life, and particularly enjoys treating runners and those with running injuries.
Dr. Moore and his wife Amanda enjoy backpacking, traveling, skiing, biking, and hiking with their adopted husky Shadow.

Tanner Mazour, D.C.
Dr. Tanner Mazour grew up in Albion, Nebraska, where he gained a passion for chiropractic as he was treated for various sporting injuries throughout high school. He attended University of Nebraska at Kearney where he studied exercise science and played football. He earned his B.S. degree in Human Biology and his doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic University at Kansas City in April 2022. Through his education, Dr. Mazour has learned many techniques in adjusting, soft tissue, and rehab. He loves being able to treat all patients, particularly throwing and hitting athletes.
Dr. Mazour enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs, Bentley and Marek. He loves hiking, exercising, sports, and traveling.

Cheryl Lewis
Cheryl will teach you home exercises and perform therapy modalities such as Class IV Laser Therapy. She is a Lebanon resident who enjoys teaching preteen girls in Bible study, Braves baseball, the Smokies (especially Cades Cove), and the Wilson County Fair.

Sam Schultz
Sam will help you with scheduling and insurance and, when needed, she is happy to assist with therapy treatments. Her bubbly personality ensures that your experience in our office will be a pleasant one. She values her faith and family, and that shines through in her work.

Rachel Glenn
Rachel will help you with insurance information, billing and the scheduling of your appointments. Her kind personality ensures that your experience in our office will be a pleasant one.

Jacquelyne assists our patient's with their therapy and helps out at the front desk. When she is not working, she enjoys road trips, spending time with her family, going to church, and watching Tennessee football.
